Kyogre is definitely one of the most awesome Legendary Pokémon, so here is my realistic iteration of it !:)
My original design for Kyogre was done in August 2015, but I chose to revise it recently. I really love Kyogre and I think this concept does this Legendary Pokémon justice :)

Above: a size comparison of an average Kyogre a 6ft human diver. Just imagine swimming with one!
Below: I used my underwater background from my Lapras for this Kyogre concept - I think it works really well for a quick mock up.
